At Choco Lava, we take great care in crafting and delivering our premium pistachio spreads, kunafa, and fillings. As our products are perishable food items, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than issues related to order accuracy or product quality.

Due to food safety regulations and hygiene concerns, all purchases are final once shipped. We kindly ask you to review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you believe the product is not up to our quality standards, we’re here to help! Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at help.chocolava@gmail.com. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once we review your claim, we’ll do our best to resolve the matter quickly, whether it’s a replacement or another suitable solution.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your order. Choco Lava is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
